Our Story

Where it Begins

When you first walk out onto the living floor terrace, greeted with a cold libation, you take your first look out over at the infinity pool at Los Arcos and slowly begin to notice the smile forming on your face and those around as your whole body is enveloped in a sense of relaxation. Your breath is taken away as you watch whales and their calves swimming close to the glistening shore below. You revel in the sense of peace surrounding you as you take in one of nature's most beautiful works of art as the sun slowly sets over the Pacific ocean.

Surrounding Area

The villa is located up on the hill in the gated community of Lomas de Mismaloya, a twenty minute drive to the south from the Romantic Zone in Puerto Vallarta. A short walk to the beach and you can rent a panga to visit Los Arcos. Scuba dive, snorkel, feed the fish, or simply enjoy the beauty of Los Arcos up close. There are many beach restaurants to choose from on Playa de Mismaloya when you are ready to have a lunch break or a cold drink. Once you have enjoyed the many things the area has to offer, escape back up the hill to Villa Karon for some much deserved peace and solitude.

Dream Living Spaces

One floor up from the living area is the master suite. The master suite has its own terrace, huge bathroom, and media room. There are two twin beds in the media room as well. One floor down from the living area are two more bedrooms with their own terrace overlooking the Pacific. Go down a flight of stairs to the large media room with half bath and hang out on this terrace for some privacy. Go down another floor and there are two more bedrooms. Off of these bedrooms is a terrace with a wet bar and a hot tub. All bedrooms are decorated differently with their own personality. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have showers with tubs. The other two have walk in showers. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Quality Staff

The staff has been on the property for 30 years and lives in their own apartment on the property. They keep Villa Karon immaculate. Alfredo starts his morning by making coffee and cutting up fruit for the guests. Then he waters the plants and makes sure the terrace is clean and ready for the day. Lulu makes up the rooms each morning and makes sure that the villa is clean for the guests. It just happens without you even seeing it happen. There is a cook available for a daily rate as well. She will do the food shopping, preparation, and clean up for the nights that you request. She will also make appetizers including guacamole for happy hour as Alfredo prepares your selected drink. Margaritas are a specialty.

The Perfect Retreat

Villa Karon is designed to take advantage of the cool breezes off of the Pacific Ocean. Every room has a terrific view and each is equipped with air conditioning. There are many things to do in Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding areas and when you are finished with those activities, Villa Karon is the perfect place to retreat for peace and quiet or party down in privacy overlooking nature’s beauty.
